Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company [Nationwide] appeals from an order of the trial court granting partial summary judgment in favor of Nationwides insureds, Richard Race and his wife, Suzanne, and awarding Race attorneys fees. We reverse the order based upon our finding that the trial court erred in concluding that Races policy with Nationwide provided uninsured motorist [UM] coverage for the incident in question and in further determining that Nationwide was estopped from denying Race UM benefits.
